Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for order fulfillment, shipping timeframes, fees, and tracking. By placing an order on www.a-SORN.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship within Canada only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

2. Processing Time

 

Standard In-Stock Items: Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation

(Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays).

Pre-Order Items: For products labeled “Pre-Order,” the estimated delivery date is clearly listed on the product page. Once the item becomes available, we will process and ship it within 5 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

 

We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Standard Shipping (Free on orders ≥ $80 CAD)

Timeframe: 5–7 business days (after processing)

Cost: Orders under $80 CAD: Flat rate of $10 CAD

Orders over $80 CAD: Free (automatically applied at checkout)

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

Timeframe: 2–3 business days (after processing)

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (typically $15–$25 CAD)

Tracking: Included and emailed upon dispatch.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Delays

 

Remote or Rural Areas: If your postal code is classified as remote, the carrier may charge additional fees. We will notify you if extra fees apply.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Delayed or Lost Packages:

If tracking shows delayed delivery beyond the carrier’s estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at

For lost packages (e.g., marked “Delivered” but not received), we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Carrier name (e.g., Canada Post)

Tracking number

Estimated delivery date

To track your shipment, click the tracking link in the email or go directly to the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

 

Modifications: If you wish to change your shipping address or upgrade your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us at support@a-SORN.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed—but we cannot guarantee changes once it has been packed.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it without penalty. After 2 hours, we may have already started processing, and cancellation requests may not be possible. If the order ships, you can return it per our Return Policy, but return shipping costs will apply.
