Refund Policy

We want you to love your a-SORN jewelry. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 5 days of purchase. Please read the details carefully before initiating a return.​

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all of the following must be true:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. The “received” date is considered the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

Condition:

Item is in brand-new, unworn condition, with no scratches, tarnish, or signs of wear.

All original packaging must be intact, including:

The jewelry box (if provided)

Any pouches, tags, certificates, or dust bags

Protective film or Original Sealing (if applicable)

Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email in your return package.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email Us: Send a message to jewelry@a-SORN.com with:

Your full name and order number

The item(s) you want to return or exchange (include SKU or product name)

Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, not as expected, gift)

Whether you want a refund or exchange (specify replacement item, if exchanging)

Receive Return Authorization:

We will respond within 5 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not ship your item before receiving an RMA; unapproved returns may be refused.

Package & Ship:

Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories, tags, and packaging.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship via a trackable service (e.g., Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS Ground). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Inspection & Approval:

Once we receive the return, our quality-control team will inspect the item.

If it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.

If the item is not in eligible condition, we will contact you to discuss options (return to sender at your cost, partial refund, etc.).

3. Refund Details

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Processing Time: It can take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect). Return shipping fees are always the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of our error.

4. Exchanges

If you opt for an exchange, we will confirm availability of the new item before processing.

If the replacement item costs more than your original purchase, you will be billed for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the price difference.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@a-SORN.com within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging.

We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Any item marked “FINAL SALE” on the product page. Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraving, custom sizing). Items missing original packaging or returned after the 5-day window.
